THE FIRM

We are present on the Polish consulting market since 1993, conducting our activities under the name Obsługa Doradcza Firm Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (English translation of the Company's name: Business Advisory Service Limited Liability Company), since November 2007.

The new logo and name mark the beginning of new phase in the development of our Company, in which - on the basis of our long - term experience - we help our Clients to make use of the opportunities provided not only by a market economy, but also resulting from Poland's accession to the European Union.

As we mentioned it before, the beginnings of our Company date back to the year 1993. That is when the K&K Consultants s.c. company was established, through the separation of consulting branch from the Polish-British firm Softman j.v., specialising in design of managerial-support computer systems.

The second phase of our development was the establishment, in 1995, of the K&K Consultants Sp. z. o.o., being the successor of K&K Consultants s.c. This change was neccessary due to the broadening range of our Company's activities and joining in of new partners.

The year 2007 has brought about the neccessity of a new change (surely, not the last one), the result of which was not only the change of the Company's name and logo, but in the first place - the change of attitude towards our potential Clients, by providing them with a comprehensive advisory service. Taking into account significant diversity of the projects, comprehensive advisory service is being assured by the means of stable cooperation with a broad group of experts, representing various branches of knowledge.
